Michael T. Steen
President and Chief Executive Officer
A leader in global aviation logistics, Michael T. Steen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Titan Aviation Holdings, Inc. a subsidiary of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. He is also Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Atlas Air Worldwide and Atlas Air, Inc.
Mr. Steen has gained broad and unique experience during his career in the aviation and logistics sectors. He has served in global leadership roles for market-leading companies. Before joining Atlas, he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Exel Freight Management and Technology Sector and Vice President for the Americas for KLM Cargo.
Mr. Steen led the sales and marketing activities for Exel Freight's management and technology sector. Following Exel's acquisition by Deutsche Post World Net, he held senior-level positions with the merged company in global supply chain logistics.
As a veteran air cargo executive, he served in a variety of roles with KLM Cargo over 11 years. In addition to Vice President of the Americas, he was head of global sales and marketing for the logistics business unit and Director of Sales for northern Europe.
Mr. Steen earned a degree in economics from Katrinelund in Gothenburg, Sweden, and is an alumnus of the Advanced Executive Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Alan Jackson leads and oversees the international Titan dry leasing business including marketing/remarketing, acquisition and leasing of aircraft; aircraft financing; lease management; operations management; and strategic planning, development and execution of all aspects of the Titan business outside of the United States. He joined Titan in 2009 from global aircraft lessor AWAS where he served as Senior Vice President responsible for customer relationships and deal originations. Prior to this role, he held several management positions at AWAS, leading a team of sales staff for the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.
Before joining AWAS, Mr. Jackson held several positions at Bombardier unit Skytech, where he led the export sales of the Tucano Basic Trainer worldwide and managed sales, legal and engineering.
